I invite you you take a few deep breaths here, right this moment, before you read.
The body has a story to tell that is equally as interesting as the mind’s.
Many of us are not lacking insight, we are lacking embodiment. We understand, reflect, analyze… yet something remains untouched. Through tuning into the body, we begin to meet what stands between who we are and who we long to become.
In a somatic wisdom session, we approach what has been moving in your life not through the mind, but through the council of the body. We listen differently. We slow down to the pace of the body, giving space for sensations to speak, for what has been held to finally be felt. Through this listening, the body’s inherent intelligence can emerge.
Whether you find yourself in life transitions, uncertainty, or simply feel a call to connect more deeply to your body, this is for you.
This trauma-informed space invites us beneath the surface, descending into the roots. Often, when we give space to the body, deeper layers of emotions, beliefs, and old stories come to the surface. When we stay with what arises, we have the ability to alchemize - to let energy move, to soften old armor, and express what has been suppressed.
From here, we may resource the body through breath, words, and somatic exercises. We gently expand our capacity to hold more life, more joy, and the courage to embody our dreams.
These sessions offer lasting resources to meet yourself and life with greater presence, and support the blossoming of your authentic self.
At its essence: it is a coming back to wholeness, home to who you are.

How to book & prepare for your session
Below you will find different rates, which I offer as a way to make this support more accessible. I trust you will select the one that feels honest to your financial capabilities. Thank you!
Payments are done up front. You can reschedule or cancel with a refund up to 48 hours before the start time. After that point, refunds are not possible.
Once paid, you may select your best-fitting time slot in my calendar. If we are in different time zones and you cannot make the available times, send me an e-mail at Lilawatermann@gmail.com with your time zone, and I will send you some options.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a form to fill out before our session, so we can prepare best to support you. All done! We will see each other in the online session.

Single Session - 1 hour 15 min
Three sessions package (best deal): a longer container together; for deeper and more sustained work. You may choose the intervals between the sessions.

Preparing for your session
Please fill out the form I’ll send to your inbox. It will include a couple questions to clarify your intention going into the session and help me prepare to support you best.
I encourage you to carve out time to land before the session: Make yourself a tea, set up a cozy, undistrubed space. Use Headphones for a more immersive experience, have tissues nearby if you feel you may need them. If you share your living space, let your housemates / family know that you won’t be available, so you can fully focus on yourself during the session. This is a moment fully for yourself.
