Hello friend,
This is a space to come home - to your body, to the Earth, and to the wisdom within.
My name is Lila, and I support people in reconnecting with their somatic intelligence and with the natural world.
My work is both my offering and my lived experience. Years of deep listening to my body, my wounds, and the plants have shaped the way I hold space. The mushroom has since been a faithful teacher in my life, showing me again and again how to embrace life, and myself, in wholeness.
My offering unfolds through Ensoiled Somatics and my artistry as Abuelila.

Ensoiled Somatics
Through 1:1 integration work, ceremony, and music, I guide others into deeper relationship with themselves and the plants they work with - especially the sacred mushroom. I offer somatic sessions, as well as integration and preparation sessions grounded in Somatic inquiry and trauma-informed presence. Helping you digest and embody the insights that emerge through psychedelic journeys or life itself. I also hold ceremonies and offer medicine music as a companion for inner transformation.
I believe that healing is an innate ability within all of us. The same intelligence that mends the skin overnight knows how to mend the soul in its deepest woundings. The body already knows. Sometimes, we just need a guide to walk beside us.
It would be my honor to walk with you as you return to your own inner ecosystem. And create a space where you feel safe to feel, to unravel, and to come home to yourself. You are already whole - and I am simply here to remind you.

ABUELILA is the name of my artistic expression. In the music experiences I offer, I create spaces that invites deep listening - both to the body and the sounds of the earth.
I use ancient instruments, such as flutes based on ancient temple designs, ceramic instruments and drums - accompanied by nature soundscapes.

In these 1:1 sessions (online or in-person), I hold space using Somatic inquiry and nervous system attunement. Together we gently explore how to carry you forward — with presence, compassion, and deep listening to the body’s wisdom.
My offering:

For seekers, space holders, and the curious: Whether you’re journeying solo or supporting others, I offer guidance on how to work with psilocybin intentionally and safely. This includes preparation tools (ritual, mindset, harm reduction) and post-journey integration.
I can help you deepen your relationship with plant medicine and find your rhythm, for example through personalized microdosing protocols.
My approach weaves plant spirit wisdom with neuroscience, mysticism, and grounded ethics. I also create downloadable guides, checklists, and ceremony aftercare resources for those walking this path with care.

I hold space for deep inner work—whether with or without plant medicine. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed presence and a deep attentiveness to the body. Using somatic practices, I support the nervous system in finding safety and regulation, so you can meet yourself fully and authentically.
Think of: plant medicine ceremonies, somatic movement practices, yin yoga classes.

Music is medicine. In ceremonial spaces, I offer live sound through Native flute, frame drum, and ceramic instruments — songs that arrive spontaneously, as prayers and frequencies of transformation.
These vibrations help open the heart, move emotion, and guide the soul gently inward. I can accompany ceremonies, retreats, or conscious events. Think of: sound journeys, improv / ecstatic dance, movement supported with live music.
